Stay away from the sun

Try giving your clothing an additional layer of protection for certain washings or pick sun protective clothing which is designed to block the UV rays.

Quit smoking

This will make your skin look paler and it will lose the glow. A healthy diet will not only impact your skin but your overall health and well being. When you eat good, you feel and look good. You need to include a lot of fruits, lean proteins, vegetables and whole grains in your diet. Also, if you have a diet which is rich in fish oil and low in unhealthy fats, you will have a younger looking skin. In addition to the diet, make sure you drink plenty of water to keep the skin hydrated for long hours.
